National Cherry Festival Takes Flight over West Grand Traverse Bay Again in 2016! We hung out with you all two years ago and I let the BA families take pics as my macaw who worked for Disney- they said to drop a line in 2018 when you all returned to Houston (This coming October) but I can't find the business card............................. I wanna get a blanket specially made for him with Fat Albert. On the flight home, when we entered our airport area, the pilot announced that we should look out our windows to see that we were sharing air space with the Blue Angels!

Coast Guard on Saturday, July 2, 3 and 4 for three exciting air shows! Navy photos/Released) We came from Illinois to see family in pensacola and got to go to the show.was amazing... Wish Peoria, IL would get thier air shows back..looked forward to them every year! I think Bill helped delay our flight, so we could see this awesome display and share space with them! We just wrapped up our Pensacola Beach Air Show, and what better way to cap off a successful week than to reenlist a Sailor?
The part between Petoskey’s Bayfront Park to Petoskey State Park follows closely the path of the original Little Traverse Wheelway that stretched from Petoskey to Harbor Springs in the 1880s and ‘90s.
The Solos showcase the high performance capabilities of their individual aircraft through the execution of high-speed passes, slow passes, fast rolls, slow tools, and very tights turns.
The highest speed found at an air show is 700 mph (just under Mach 1) and the lowest speed is 120 mph.
Some of the maneuvers include both solo aircraft performing at once, such as opposing passes (toward each other in what appears to be a collision course) and mirror formations (back-to-back, belly-to-belly, or wingtip-to-wingtip, with one jet flying inverted).
More than 1,000 dolls fill the Dolls and Things museum.
